A massive thank you and a huge well done to all the Cubs, Scouts, Young Leaders and Leaders that turned out for this Sunday’s District Cross Country. Unfortunately we didn’t have enough in each age group to stand a chance in the team event this year but everyone put in a brilliant performance.
From our 8 year old Cubs to our 14 year old Scouts to our ……. errrr ……… Leader, everyone ran their hearts out.
We had a few top 10 finishes but the highlights were a 3rd place for Rusty in the Leaders race and a 3rd place for George in the Scouts race. Unfortunately George had go straight after his race as he had other commitments, but Alfie being the loving brother stepped in to accept his certificate and take the glory!
Once again a huge thank you to everyone that took part.
