It was the last Beaver meeting before Christmas, so what better way to celebrate than having a party! All the Beavers arrived in fancy dress; there were princesses, superheroes, animals, pirates, Christmas characters, best party clothes … you name it … we had it!
All the Beavers showed off their best dance moves when Gangnam Style played and the also not forgetting the enthusiasm of the leaders when Y.M.C.A sounded from the speakers!
All of the children took part in different party games such as snowball fight, pass the parcel and musical bumps. we then sat in a hall having a Christmas sing song, when a bell could be heard ringing in the distance. As the children turned their heads, in walked Father Christmas himself, clutching a bag filled with presents for all the Beavers and Leaders.
All the children ad a fantastic time as did the Leaders! It’s been a busy year for us all and it was a prefect way to finish ready for the Christmas Break.
Thank you to all the parents, for all you have done this term, for bringing your children, for supporting them and us, we couldn’t do it without you, so theres nothing left to say other than, we would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
