We began our Farm to Fork adventure when we were met by a friendly lady at customer services who took us all to a room in the back of the store. Everyone was given a clip board with a simple question sheet to complete. We then split up into two groups with our leaders and a Tesco helper to answer the questions in the store. We visited the cheese counter, fish counter and fruit and vegetable department. It was fun and interactive, as we got to look at, feel, taste and talk about lots of the things that Tesco sell us. We also got to look and stand inside the giant freezer, but only for a few seconds, where the food is kept fresh. Farm to Fork was really “Cool”!!!!!
